Originally developed as a 3-story, 5-unit rental building in 2010, But Development Group performed a horizontal extension and renovation of the vacant units to maximize F.A.R. in 2022.

The building was fitted with condo-like quality finishes, including Italian porcelain tile flooring, custom kitchens with panel-ready appliances, a high-efficiency Mitsubishi HVAC system, European-style bathrooms, a video intercom system, a finished roof deck, and a shared backyard. The result was a building that exuded luxury and comfort, and it was fully leased out within days of being put on the market.
